Members & Friends of Southeastern GMA:

It is been sometime since you’ve heard from me but it is encouraging to know you’re still serving The Lord Jesus in music and ministry. I have met with some select individuals to help me plan this year’s concerts and events and I think you will appreciate the things we are planning.

We are requiring each year for annual dues of ($50.00) to be sent in by April 18. Regardless, of when you entered the Association, dues are required at this time. If dues are not paid, membership will not be allowed. We will be issuing new membership cards this year.

We now have an official web site, paid for by our Association, available to our membership and public. There was a former web site but due to reasons beyond our control was erased and dismissed. We have full control of the web site now and you can visit www.southeasterngma.com for more information. We are planning to add your music on the website, plus information regarding your ministry. We’re excited about it.

Tim Doss officially introduces you on Radio every Friday night at 10:30 p.m. He will continue to broadcast your music and you are welcome to contact him at 606-307-5294 or by snail mail at P.O. Box 1952 – Monticello, Ky. 42653. Tim will also assist us with the Web site and Sound. All music cd’s need to be forwarded to him.

Kenny Wells will be helping us develop a new program for TV to be aired on Channel 17 once per month. This will cost the association about $230.00 per month for exposure and ministry and you will be required to pay $75.00 to sing on the 27 minute program. We will place you on schedule and also require you to meet with us for the production of the program. It is important that you remain flexible and placement will be according to Kenny’s direction. You will need to contact him for more information at 606-677-6650 or cp 606-875-0052. We are young in this endeavor but would like for our TV program to be airing by the last of April.

Tim Massengale will be our Director of Counsel and all suggestions, questions and complaints can be made to him. He can be reached at 606-340-2342 or cp 606-307-0278. All such entries will be discussed at a consultant’s meeting.

The following dates are scheduled for performance and you’ll need to call Mary, Pauline or Gwen to register to sing. Our number is 1-800-408-8888 or locally 606-679-1342. The times of the singings will be announced later. All of these dates are scheduled for Saturdays for your convenience.
